Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Planner / Scheduler to support the planning and execution of complex engineering and manufacturing programs. This individual will work closely with Program Management, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Business Development to develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules throughout the program lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integrated project schedules from program initiation through completion.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Program Management to establish realistic project plans and schedule baselines.
- Monitor project progress and identify schedule variances, critical path impacts, and potential risks.
- Support program reviews by providing schedule status, performance metrics, and schedule forecasts.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop recovery plans and risk mitigation strategies when schedule challenges arise.
- Assist with planning activities supporting new business opportunities and proposal efforts.
- Perform schedule analysis and provide recommendations that improve project execution and overall program performance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to planning and scheduling processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of project planning, scheduling, or project controls experience in a manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated industry.
- Experience developing and maintaining project schedules using Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
- Ability to travel occasionally as needed.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting complex product development or manufacturing programs.
- Working knowledge of project scheduling best practices, schedule analysis, and critical path methodologies.
- Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and project performance metrics.
- Experience supporting government, aerospace, or defense-related programs.
- Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS or other government contracting environments.
- Experience performing schedule risk assessments and supporting project reviews.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, project leadership, and executive management.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
